Following the updated guidance from the government and the ever-changing situation with Covid-19, we want to reassure you that we have systems in place to continue operating as normally as possible. Our main priority is the health and well-being of our customers and staff so we have implemented the following procedures.
All of our remote workforce will carry antibacterial wipes and have been instructed to use before and after every home visit. They will wear protective gloves and if required face masks can also be worn.
We have implemented a no-touch policy, all Gas Safe certificates will be signed COVID-19 by our own staff until further notice.
We’ll make sure that all at-risk staff are self-isolating and we will be calling all appointments 24hrs before we’re due to check the situation is safe. We would politely ask that you inform us if you are at-risk, have had any contact with potential cases, or experiencing any symptoms yourself.
