We're the highest reviewed plumbing and heating company on Which? across Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire, with an overall score of 4.9 out of 5.

Which? reviewed our credit reports and company records to make sure we are a stable, properly run business.

We sat down with a Which? assessor to talk through how we run the business, train our team and look after customers.

We signed up to the Which? Trusted Traders code of conduct and its standards for honesty, quality and complaints handling.
Keeping it
Which? monitors our reviews and re-assesses us regularly. If standards slip, the endorsement can be removed, so we never stop earning it.

Which? Trusted Traders is an endorsement scheme run by Which?, the UK's consumer champion. It helps homeowners find local tradespeople who have been independently checked and approved.
Is a Which? Trusted Trader the same as a Which? review?
No. A Which? review tests a product. A Which? Trusted Trader is a business that Which? has assessed and endorsed after checking its finances, its customer feedback, its paperwork and the quality of its work on site.
How long have Premier Heating Solutions been endorsed?
We have been a Which? Trusted Trader since 2013. We are re-assessed regularly to keep our endorsement.
Can anyone join the scheme?
No. Businesses have to pass a full assessment before they are endorsed, and they must keep meeting the standards to stay in the scheme.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Tell us first and we will put it right. If you are still not happy, Which? Trusted Traders offers an independent route to help resolve the issue.
