About
Accreditations & standards.
Our engineers are directly employed and fully accredited, so one trusted team can look after your heating, plumbing, air conditioning and electrical work. Here is what each accreditation means.

The official gas safety register for the UK.
Gas Safe Register
Gas Safe Register is the official list of businesses and engineers who are legally allowed to work on gas appliances in the UK. It replaced CORGI in 2009 and is appointed by the Health and Safety Executive. Every gas engineer on our team is registered and carries an ID card showing exactly which types of work they are qualified for, so you can check before anyone touches your boiler.

OFTEC
OFTEC registration covers oil-fired heating - the boilers, tanks and controls common in rural properties off the gas grid. Registered technicians are assessed on installation, servicing and safe commissioning, and can self-certify work to building regulations. It means our oil customers get the same standard of safety and paperwork as our gas customers.

CIPHE
The Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering is the UK's professional body for the trade. Membership is about competence and conduct rather than a single qualification - members work to a code of professional standards and keep their knowledge current. It reflects how we run our plumbing work: properly trained people, doing the job right the first time.

Heat Geek
Heat Geek trains and assesses installers on heating system design, system efficiency and heat pumps. The focus is on getting systems running at low flow temperatures so they are cheaper to run and more comfortable to live with. It is the training that helps our engineers size a system properly instead of simply swapping like for like.
