Repairs and servicing
A dripping tap, lost hot water, a boiler that has cut out or a radiator that will not warm up. Tell us you are a Blue Light Card member and we apply your discount to the repair or service you need.
New installations
A new boiler, heat pump, air conditioning system or electrical work. Your discount applies to installations too, carried out by the team that surveys the job, does the work and hands the system over to you.
We confirm your discount on your written quote, before any work starts. The price we agree is the price you pay.

What is the Blue Light Card?
Blue Light Card is a national discount scheme for people who work in the emergency services, health and care, policing, fire and rescue, the armed forces and other eligible roles. If you hold a valid card, you can use our offer.
How do I claim the discount?
Just tell us you are a Blue Light Card member when you call or send your enquiry. We note it on your booking and confirm your discount on your written quote.
Does the discount apply to emergencies?
Our 24/7 emergency line is for customers we already look after - anyone with work still under guarantee, Premier Club members, and customers we have carried out work for recently. If you are not yet a customer and it is urgent, call us on 01491 671718 and we will do our best to help.
Can I use it on a new boiler or heat pump?
Yes. Your discount applies to new installations as well as repairs and servicing. If you would like to spread the cost, our finance options are available on eligible work, subject to status.
What if my card has expired?
We can only apply the discount while your card is valid. Renew with Blue Light Card and let us know - we will be glad to help.
Can I use the Blue Light Card discount alongside a Premier Club membership?
Call us and we will confirm which discount applies to your job before you decide anything.
Do you cover my area?
We work across Berkshire, North Hampshire and Oxfordshire from our head office in Pangbourne and our hub in Sunninghill. If you are not sure, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
