How quickly can you attend a live fault?
We do our best to attend live faults the same day, especially where there's no power. Call us first so we can prioritise.
How do you charge for fault finding?
A fixed first-hour diagnostic rate covers the visit and initial testing. Once we've found the fault, we quote the repair clearly before any further work.
What if the fault can't be found straight away?
Intermittent faults can take patience. We'll explain the options - monitoring, thermal imaging or staged testing - and keep you informed of costs at every step.
Will you quote before repairing?
Always. We clearly explain what we've found and give you a fair, itemised quote to put it right. You're never obligated to proceed.
Is the repair certified?
Yes - any repair or alteration is tested and certified, and notifiable work is registered through NAPIT as required.
