Common questions
Do you only fit one brand?
No - we're brand-agnostic and recommend what actually fits your home, lifestyle and budget. We'll talk you through the options honestly.
Will it still work if the internet goes down?
Wherever possible we use systems with local control, so lights and heating keep working even if Wi-Fi drops. We'll design for resilience from the start.
Can you upgrade my existing smart kit?
Yes - if you've already started but it's not quite working together, we can audit what's there and tidy it into a single, working system.
Do I need to rewire?
Not usually. Most smart upgrades work with existing wiring, although some systems (like Lutron RA3 keypads) benefit from neutral wires which we can add if needed.
Do you provide training?
Always. We walk you and the family through how everything works and leave clear notes so it stays usable long after we've gone.
