Common questions
My shower runs hot then cold - what's wrong?
Most often it's a failing thermostatic cartridge or a pressure imbalance between hot and cold supplies. Both are usually resolved in a single visit.
Can you fit a shower I've already bought?
Yes - we'll happily fit a customer-supplied shower. We'll do a quick pre-check and flag anything that won't work with your existing supply before fitting.
Is it worth repairing an old electric shower?
If it's under about 8 years old and only one part has failed, repair usually makes sense. Older units are often more cost-effective to replace.
Do you guarantee shower work?
Yes - our installations carry a two year guarantee on parts and labour where we've supplied the parts, in addition to the manufacturer's warranty.
