Founded in Pangbourne in 2005, Premier Heating Solutions has grown from a single engineer into one directly employed team - looking after more than 10,000 homes and businesses, including customers across Sunninghill and the surrounding area.
Our story
Founded because customers deserved better.
After years as a lead engineer for national heating brands, our founder Phil saw the same pattern again and again: engineers rushed between 8-12 jobs a day, long drives between customers and corners cut to keep the schedule moving. Customer service was an afterthought.
Premier was started in Pangbourne in 2005 with a simple idea - cap engineer workloads, train every team member to the highest standard, and stay close enough to the customer to actually pick up the phone. Over twenty years on, that philosophy still runs through every job we do in Sunninghill.
Today, the team has grown to over 20 engineers and support staff - but the standard is the same as it was on day one.
