Choose an AM or PM slot and we'll confirm your time. You'll get a call 30 minutes before we arrive, and a reminder text 48 hours ahead for non-urgent jobs.

Your engineer diagnoses the fault and repairs it, in over 9 out of 10 cases on the first visit. With no fix, no fee, you only pay when the problem is sorted.

We know how it feels to be at the mercy of expensive labour costs. We don't do estimates or hourly rates, just fair, fixed pricing you agree before we start.
Every repair starts with a diagnostic appointment. Your engineer inspects the fault, carries out a system health check and gives you a fixed price quote. If further diagnostics are needed, most common in larger properties, complex systems or leak investigations, they'll explain the next steps and agree any additional charge before continuing.

Repair it, or replace it?
Most boilers are worth repairing. Sometimes they aren't. We'll tell you straight either way, and you decide.
Keep it running
A one-off repair with parts still available is almost always the sensible option. We carry common spares so most jobs finish on the first visit.
Protect it
An annual service keeps your boiler safe, efficient and within warranty. Our service plans bundle servicing and breakdown cover into one monthly fee.
Replace it
If your boiler is over 12 years old or parts are obsolete, a new boiler is usually cheaper long term, with warranties up to 12 years.

How quickly can you get to me?
Answering your call is our top priority. If you call before 3pm we can usually attend the same day, and Premier Club members get priority booking for emergencies.
Do you repair all boiler makes?
Yes. Our Gas Safe and OFTEC registered engineers repair all major makes and models, including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Viessmann, Ideal, Baxi, Glow-worm and ATAG, plus oil and LPG boilers.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. We don't do estimates or hourly rates. Repairs start with a diagnostic appointment, then we give you a fixed price quote before any work begins.
What does no fix, no fee mean?
If we can't fix the fault, you don't pay for the repair. In the rare cases we can't finish on the first visit, we'll come back the next day or at a time that suits you.
When is it better to replace than repair?
If your boiler is over 12 years old, parts are obsolete or repair costs are stacking up, replacement is often the cheaper option long term. Your engineer will give you an honest recommendation, never a hard sell.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Finance is available on work over £400, and our service plans cover annual servicing and breakdowns from a fixed monthly fee.
