Repairs start with a Diagnostic Appointment. One of our experienced engineers will carry out an initial inspection of the fault and a system health check, then provide a fixed price quote to resolve the issue. If further diagnostics are needed (most common in larger properties, complex systems or leak investigations), your engineer will explain the next steps and agree any additional diagnostic charge before continuing.

How quickly can you get to me?
We aim to answer every call as a priority. Premier Club members can usually be seen the same day for emergency repairs. In 90% of cases we resolve the issue on the first visit.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. We don't offer estimates or hourly rates. All work is quoted at a fair, transparent fixed price before we start.
What does a Diagnostic Appointment involve?
An experienced engineer inspects the fault, carries out a system health check and provides a fixed price quote to resolve the issue. If further diagnostics are needed, the next step and any extra charge is agreed before we continue.
What if you can't fix it on the day?
In the rare cases we can't complete the repair on the first visit we'll come back the next day, or at a time that suits you. With our No Fix No Fee guarantee, you only pay when the problem is fixed.
