FAQs
Common questions
Can you just fit one extra socket?
Yes - no job is too small. We charge for small works on a fair hourly basis with no minimum call-out tricks.
Do you supply the fittings?
Yes - we supply the fittings ourselves. It keeps things simple and means our two-year guarantee covers the whole job, parts and labour. If you have your own fittings in mind, we're happy to talk it through, but please note the guarantee only applies when we've supplied the parts.
Will my LED bulbs work with new dimmers?
We always check compatibility before installing - some LEDs flicker on the wrong dimmer. We pick a dimmer matched to your lamps.
Do you make good after installation?
Yes - we use the cleanest routes available and patch any holes. For larger works we'll leave ready for your decorator.
Do you certify the work?
Yes - additions and alterations are tested and issued with a Minor Works or Electrical Installation Certificate as appropriate.
