Is the water in my area really that hard?
Most of Sunninghill and the surrounding area is rated hard to very hard. If your kettle, shower head and taps scale up quickly, you'll feel the benefit of softening.
Will a softener help my boiler?
Yes - softened water dramatically reduces scale on heat exchangers and combi DHW circuits, which improves efficiency and reduces breakdowns.
Do I still need to drink hard water?
