Step 1
Book your service, repair or survey through our dedicated link or mention that your a local NHS employee when making your booking or enquiring about a new boiler.
Step 2
With our No Fix No Fee Guarantee, you can be safe in the knowledge that you only pay when the problem is fixed. You can then sleep easy knowing that everything has expertly been taken care of so you can be comfortable in your home again.
Step 3
Not only will save 5% on your service or repair, we will donate up to 5% of the total cost (excluding VAT) to Royal Berks Charity. It’s that simple!
At the end of each month (or at a frequency desired by Royal Berks Charity), we will send a donation to your nominated school. This regular contribution will help fund important resources, programs, or initiatives that will enhance the experience of patients and staff.
Service & Repair
Whatever the issue, Premier Heating Solutions will get to the bottom of it – quickly, safely and reliably. It’s as easy as 123.
Our annual service will check all the safety features of the appliance, make sure there are no gas or water leaks, check combustion levels, clean any dirty components and carry out a carbon monoxide test.
For repairs, one of our experienced engineers will complete a 30-minute inspection of your system, so you’ll know exactly what’s wrong. If your issue can then be fixed without additional parts within the initial inspection, we’ll complete the fix for you – all within the £96 Fixed Price Repair. If we can’t complete the fix within this timeframe or parts are required, we’ll give you a no-obligation fixed price quote to complete the work and 90% of the time this can be completed during the same appointment.
Replacing your old or broken boiler
Need a new boiler? We can carry this out in as little as 48 hours. We offer a range of repayment methods, a lifetime guarantee on selected boilers and 24/7 ongoing support.
