Why we are different...

After working as a lead engineer for several big national companies, Phil, our founder, saw where they were going wrong and knew he could do better. Pressure to move quickly from one job to another and long journeys between customers were the industry norm. Customer service was never the focus, and was secondary to getting the job done.

At Premier Heating Solutions, good old-fashioned customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We don’t expect our engineers to cram in 8-12 jobs a day. We aim for just half that, so our team can take time to provide a professional and comprehensive service – so you don’t have the hassle of calling someone back, to deal with a botched job.

Over the last 15 years our team has grown to over 20. Whilst we could have expanded further, we have deliberately limited our catchment to within 20 miles of our offices in Pangbourne, Berkshire, so we can always get to you fast when you need help – and usually on the same day.

We hold our engineers to the highest standards to ensure your complete peace of mind. Regardless of their level of experience, all our engineers undergo a rigorous training and induction process. Additionally, our engineers are fully insured, Gas Safe and OFTEC registered and members of CIPHE (Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering). With Premier Heating Services, you can rest assured that your home is in safe and expert hands.

If the job can’t be completed within the initial inspection or extra parts are needed, we provide you with a no-obligation fixed price quote before getting started. Our no-fix no-fee policy means you get a risk-free service for a fixed price with no nasty surprises.

Communication

It’s important to us that you fully understand what we recommend doing and why. Our engineers take their time on each job, talk you through the process and in the vast majority of cases, we can complete your repair there and then.
