What does your boiler service include?

One of our Gas Safe or OFTEC registered engineers will inspect, clean and test your boiler to ensure that it is running efficiently and safely.

As part of our service, we also carry out a full system health check. This is not a standard industry practice but as the system is more likely to fail than the boiler due to the number of external components, we believe this is a necessity. When carrying out these inspections we will make recommendations based on the condition of the components and alert you of any potential risks. All issues/alerts are documented by our engineer in your Heating System Health Check Report.

As standard during your boiler service we:

On completion, you will receive a Service Certificate with 29 Point System Health Check (click here to see a sample report). This certificate will highlight any immediate issues and advise you of the general condition of your boiler and heating system.

You’ll receive a phone call on the day 30 minutes before we’re due to arrive. During your service one of our Gas Safe or OFTEC registered engineers will inspect, clean and test your boiler to ensure that it is running efficiently and safely.
