If it’s not an emergency, you’ll receive a reminder text 48 hours before your appointment so you don’t forget.
Step 2
You’ll receive a phone call on the day 30 minutes before we’re due to arrive. Our engineer will assess the situation and make any repairs needed.
In over 90% of cases, we can do this the same day, but if we can’t we’ll be back the next day – or at a convenient time for you.
Step 3
With our No Fix No Fee Guarantee, you can be safe in the knowledge that you only pay when the problem is fixed.

Our Charges
We know how it feels to be at the mercy of expensive labour costs – that’s why we don’t offer estimates or hourly rates – just fair, transparent fixed pricing for all our services.
Repairs start with a Diagnostic Appointment. One of our experienced engineers will carry out an initial inspection of the fault and a system health check, then provide a fixed price quote to resolve the issue. If further diagnostics are needed (most common in larger properties, complex systems, or leak investigations), your engineer will explain the next steps and agree any additional diagnostic charge before continuing.
9 out of 10 issues are resolved in a single appointment!

A leaky tap might simply be due to an aging washer. However, it could also be a symptom of a larger issue, such as problems with water pressure or hard water. By inspecting the whole system, we can give you a comprehensive report on its health, similar to a vehicle’s MOT.
We are committed to transparency. For instance, in the case of a leaky tap, we’ll provide you with a quote for replacing the washer, if that solves the problem in the short-term. However, when appropriate, we will also suggest other options that could enhance the longevity of the repair or improve the system’s performance.
You are under no obligation to proceed with any repairs. However, should you choose to, we can usually complete most repairs on the spot, resolving 9 out of 10 issues in a single visit.
We don’t want you to pay for a repair only to face another issue shortly afterward. To prevent this, we need to inspect all the components and pipework related to the issue. This thorough approach also allows us to offer enhanced after-sales service, including extended guarantees and 24/7 support.
